The company has officially obtained the special equipment production license for pressure pipeline components issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, qualifying for the professional production of high-pressure stainless steel and alloy steel flanges. The acquisition of the qualification enables the enterprise to fully enter the high-end supporting market of petrochemical, oil and gas, and energy storage equipment.
To obtain the qualification, the company has comprehensively upgraded its physical and chemical testing laboratory, equipped with universal material testing machines, non-destructive flaw detectors, spectral analyzers and other professional testing equipment. It has built a full-process quality control system covering raw material incoming inspection, forging processing, finishing and pressure resistance testing, with products complying with both national GB standards and American ASME standards.
With the support of the new qualification, the enterprise has successfully entered the qualified supplier list of PetroChina and local refining groups, and won multiple bids for petrochemical technical renovation projects.
