The company has successfully developed and mass-produced a new duplex steel composite anti-corrosion flange, effectively solving the long-standing sealing failure and corrosion problems of traditional flanges under high-temperature and strong acid-base working conditions in the chemical industry. The new product has passed third-party pressure and corrosion resistance tests and has been officially launched into the market.
Traditional ordinary flanges are prone to lining peeling and medium leakage in harsh chemical environments, shortening pipeline service life and increasing maintenance costs. After ten months of technical research, the R&D team optimized the composite forming process of the flange base and anti-corrosion lining, adopting 2205 duplex stainless steel base material and integrated hot-press lining technology. All key indicators including sealing surface roughness and end face flatness fully comply with ASME international standards.
The upgraded product achieves a pressure resistance level of Class 1500 and a wide temperature resistance range from -40℃ to 350℃. Supported by self-developed CNC precision machining production lines, the raw material utilization rate is increased by 7.2%, and the unit production cost is reduced by 9%. At present, the product has obtained intentional orders from multiple chemical park pipeline projects. The company will continue to focus on the research and development of high-end flanges for marine chemical and new energy industries to accelerate the localization replacement of imported pipeline accessories.
