The company’s new intelligent flange forging and finishing production line has been officially completed and put into production, marking a comprehensive upgrade of the enterprise’s automated and digital manufacturing capabilities for high-end flange products. With a total investment of over 80 million yuan, the production line is mainly used for manufacturing high-quality flanges such as high-neck flanges and blind flanges for wind power, oil and gas, and power engineering supporting projects.
The production line is equipped with fully automatic CNC forging presses, robot loading and unloading systems and online full-inspection equipment, realizing unmanned operation covering forging, heat treatment and finishing processes. The machining tolerance is controlled within 0.1mm, the comprehensive production efficiency is increased by 32%, and the finished product qualification rate has risen to 99.6%. All production and testing data are fully archived and traceable, meeting the strict quality supervision standards for special pressure equipment.
After full-capacity operation, the annual output of precision flange forgings will reach 7,000 tons, effectively meeting the market demand for wind power tower and urban heating pipeline supporting accessories. The enterprise has secured a large number of orders in the second half of the year, further consolidating its leading position in the domestic high-precision flange manufacturing field.
